Many times in life we get blinded by the light.  The light can be so bright due to the GREAT stuff that is happening to you.  I want you to know that we must move thru the light.  Don’t disregard the good times, acknowledge them and be thankful for them.  If you future is so bright you might need to put on Sunglasses so you can maneuverer thru the light.  I want you to walk in the good times and learn everything you can during this season because 9 times out of 10 a downturn might be coming.   When you are blinded by the light you walk around in a daze and a little confused.  I love WINNING like everyone else however you don’t have too much time to enjoy this MAGICAL time.  I want you to take a day or two and enjoy the state you are in but then get to work to make sure that you can build a strong foundation. If you are working during the good times, then the bad times will not be so difficult for you.  You can develop a foundation so strong that the winds will not be able to blow it down.  You can’t be shaken when you are walking and working in the light.  So I am asking you: ARE YOU BLINDED BY THE LIGHT??

Are you sleeping on a decision or an idea???  I want to you to have a change of thought today and realize that if you need to SLEEP on it, it does not motivate you.  Many times we allow indecision to stop us for making quick decisions.  If I could gift you with anything that would be the ability to make quick decisions.   I don’t want you to sleep on it.  I want you to feel in your gut if you should move forward with a idea or a decision.  If you operate from what feels right you will never go wrong.  I wanted to share this quick post with you today because so many people are allowing life to speed ahead with out them.  So I am asking you:  ARE YOU SLEEPING ON IT???

While reading this book, it became very clear to me why so many people are not having success in business.  Many people still have a 1960’s way of thinking about business.  For example: Build it and they will come, Advertise in the yellow pages/paper and making the phone calls.  While some of these ideals might bring 1 or 2 people to a business, it will not bring enough in to maintain a thriving business.  Today’s business world is so connected to word of mouth and relationship marketing.  The key to obtaining and maintaining a successful business is working on your relationships with others.  How do others see you??  How do you present yourself??  If I could highlight any part of the book it would be to Do the Right Things for the Right Reasons!  Tim really drilled home the point that relationships are key.  It more important to have a good relationship than to have a good social media campaign.  I have learned that I would rather have 1 person singing my praises than to have 100 likes on my posts. I initially thought the likes had value and meaning what I have learned is the like are sometimes just people being nice and it might not have any value. Most importantly value your customers, give them an experience far better than your competition.    So in conclusion, I hope you understand: THE OLD RULES OF MARKETING ARE DEAD!

Do you believe a BRIGHTER Day is coming???  Many times we experience dark times where nothing is going correctly and we just don’t see how anything is going to change.  I want you to look at the situation as temporary. I’m not sure who said this but I have heard all my life that “trouble don’t last always”.  I have always understood this principle and I have actually witnessed it in my very own life, but it can be hard to find the brighter day when your life is gloom.  I wanted to share 3 steps of encouragement to help you see the brighter day:

1. God promised he will never leave you or forsake you–Deut. 31:6
2. Your brain will believe what you tell it–information is information in the brain.  So tell yourself daily affirmations, believe that you will WIN and a change is coming.
3. Do something now to change your situation.  One of the best suggestions I have for you is to do something nice for someone else. It will cause you to be so thankful for your life and what you have to offer.

In conclusion, I just want you to always remember: THERE IS A BRIGHTER DAY!!!

So much information is shared about situations that involve you everyday.  I want you to make sure that you put everything thru a filter and ask: Is it True??  If you promise yourself that you will be honest in everything you do, you will live in peace.  Many times we find ourselves in sticky situations because people might not know the correct information about you and they might spread lies.  It is your job to share information that is accurate and correct.  If you find that someone has been unfair to you.  I want you to have the BEST life ever and that requires the truth.  Don’t make people believe something you know if not true.  If you have a small company, it’s okay, don’t say you are big.  I have experience having a good sized company and now a small company and the reality is I LOVE who I am called to serve in whatever capacity.  Peace starts with being true to yourself.  Life without regrets.  I challenge you to ask yourself: IS IT TRUE???

I want to encourage you to BRING your “A” Game to everything you do in LIFE.  Many of us do not believe that we are athletes.  I differ with you on that idea, I TRULY believe we are ALL ATHELETES in life!  If you in need of a powerful change in your life, focus on WINNING!  The only way to win is to bring your “A” game to everything you provide via your work, your relationships, your image and any way you show up in life.  I recently completed a meeting dealing with my company and the State of Texas and I realized that nothing is IMPOSSIBLE if you bring your “A” game.  The state has approved so many companies to provide services but many of them lack the commitment to bring clients/customer/friends/family their BEST.  I believe that if you agree to take a contract to provide a service you MUST know the rules.  The rules will help you decide if the contract is a “GOOD IDEAL” for you.  I have made a deeper commitment to BRING IT, especially for the next 90 days.  I want to see what can happen when you work with INTENSE PASSION to help others and yourself.  I will let you know the results to 90 days of PURPOSE & PASSION.  My question to you is Will you: BRING YOUR “A” GAME???

Is it time to UPGRADE YA???  Beyoncé has been a huge talk over the airways the last two days due to her performance at the Super Bowl.  I don’t have a opinion either way on that but to say it was GREAT entertainment.  One of the best things that I can say about Beyoncé is she is very talented and the song I love most is UPGRADE YA!!  The reason I love this song is because UPGRADING YA is totally needed.  I hear Steve Harvey always speak about the changes you MUST make to go to the next level.  I have always loved to UPGRADE myself.  I want you to consider this thought, if you were called to go to the white house today, could you go without going to the store to purchase anything??  If you have to answer no–you need to upgrade.  My advice to you is get one outfit that you feel like a MILLION BUCKS.  I want you to know that it is okay to UPGRADE YA.  I want you to have a plan to UPGRADE YA every month.  Add something that will make you feel great to your wardrobe.  I want you to be intentional about your hairdo women.  I want you to know in advance if you need a new pair of shoes.  It is your job to always look your BEST.  This is the time to self-evaluate, ask yourself: DO I NEED TO UPGRADE YA???

As you know I LOVE Reading and LEARNING, but this LITTLE BOOK RIGHT HERE is a MUST HAVE for your library!!!!  This book was a hour read for me because it is small but very POWERFUL.  I have ALWAYS believed that I can have ANYTHING that I want, so the title IMMEDIATELY drew me in.  After devouring this book, I realized I started a business because of this EXACT statement, I truly believe the BEST way to have ANYTHING you want is SELF-EMPLOYMENT. I am very clear that I business can offer you so many choices, it can change the trajectory for your life.  However you life can’t make a switch if you don’t answer this question: WHY DO This???  You must know your WHY at all times.  Here are a few of the MAJOR points that I TOTALLY wanted to cheer about: Here’s where you should be striving to go everyday of your life: To ONLY do the things that make you HAPPY.  If you are not good at something and it does not make you happy, don’t do it.  Break your plan do to a day goal of just helping someone.  Care more about your customers than you do yourself.  I want you to do yourself a favor and get this book, so you will know how to get: ANYTHING YOU WANT.

Many times in life we wait to experience the good times in life later.  We are always waiting to get to the MOUNTAIN TOP.  If I could wish anything for you it would be to have some mountain top experiences now.  What is WAITING for you on the mountain top??  Are you experiencing a VALLEY right now??  Most times in our life we will find ourselves in a low period, a time that necessary does not cause us a lot of excitement, hope and encouragement.  I want you to know if you change your perspective you can change your experiences to have more mountain tops.  I want do to look at every valley as a breeding ground for learning and that valley will change your life.  If you go into the valley knowing that there is a LESSON here for me, let me find it.  You will have more and more mountain tops.  The mountain top represents a time when you are at your highest, a time when you are invincible, and this is a time that you will never forget. You must define what is a mountain top experience for you.  What is the best thing that could happen to you???  How will you feel when it happens??  Most people many only experience it once in their life.  But I am challenging you to experience mountain tops often.  So the question on the table is: WHAT IS WAITING AT YOUR MOUNTAIN TOP???
