Sheryl Jones affectionally known as The Queen of Hearts, is a social worker turned International Motivator. Sheryl is on a MISSION to provide LOVE of HEART services to everyone she meets. Sheryl began the LOVE OF HEART MOVEMENT Radio Show to help identify entrepreneurs, service providers and community volunteers who ALWAYS serves from the Love of their Heart when dealing with others. She truly believes what the World needs NOW is LOVE!!! In addition to serving the community, Sheryl owns Rodcor Services LLC, a social services company in Dallas that provides services to individuals with disabilities. Sheryl has written two books and she is currently speaking at various events and provides workshops/coaching for future business owners. Sheryl’s primary focus is on teaching STRESSED OUT women who can't figure out how to earn money doing what they LOVE, formulate a plan to spotlight their genius. Bring Your “A” Game!

I want to encourage you to BRING your “A” Game to everything you do in LIFE.  Many of us do not believe that we are athletes.  I differ with you on that idea, I TRULY believe we are ALL ATHELETES in life!  If you in need of a powerful change in your life, focus on WINNING!  The only way to win is to bring your “A” game to everything you provide via your work, your relationships, your image and any way you show up in life.  I recently completed a meeting dealing with my company and the State of Texas and I realized that nothing is IMPOSSIBLE if you bring your “A” game.  The state has approved so many companies to provide services but many of them lack the commitment to bring clients/customer/friends/family their BEST.  I believe that if you agree to take a contract to provide a service you MUST know the rules.  The rules will help you decide if the contract is a “GOOD IDEAL” for you.  I have made a deeper commitment to BRING IT, especially for the next 90 days.  I want to see what can happen when you work with INTENSE PASSION to help others and yourself.  I will let you know the results to 90 days of PURPOSE & PASSION.  My question to you is Will you: BRING YOUR “A” GAME???

Upgrade YA!

Is it time to UPGRADE YA???  Beyoncé has been a huge talk over the airways the last two days due to her performance at the Super Bowl.  I don’t have a opinion either way on that but to say it was GREAT entertainment.  One of the best things that I can say about Beyoncé is she is very talented and the song I love most is UPGRADE YA!!  The reason I love this song is because UPGRADING YA is totally needed.  I hear Steve Harvey always speak about the changes you MUST make to go to the next level.  I have always loved to UPGRADE myself.  I want you to consider this thought, if you were called to go to the white house today, could you go without going to the store to purchase anything??  If you have to answer no–you need to upgrade.  My advice to you is get one outfit that you feel like a MILLION BUCKS.  I want you to know that it is okay to UPGRADE YA.  I want you to have a plan to UPGRADE YA every month.  Add something that will make you feel great to your wardrobe.  I want you to be intentional about your hairdo women.  I want you to know in advance if you need a new pair of shoes.  It is your job to always look your BEST.  This is the time to self-evaluate, ask yourself: DO I NEED TO UPGRADE YA???

Monday Book Review-Anything you WANT!

As you know I LOVE Reading and LEARNING, but this LITTLE BOOK RIGHT HERE is a MUST HAVE for your library!!!!  This book was a hour read for me because it is small but very POWERFUL.  I have ALWAYS believed that I can have ANYTHING that I want, so the title IMMEDIATELY drew me in.  After devouring this book, I realized I started a business because of this EXACT statement, I truly believe the BEST way to have ANYTHING you want is SELF-EMPLOYMENT. I am very clear that I business can offer you so many choices, it can change the trajectory for your life.  However you life can’t make a switch if you don’t answer this question: WHY DO This???  You must know your WHY at all times.  Here are a few of the MAJOR points that I TOTALLY wanted to cheer about: Here’s where you should be striving to go everyday of your life: To ONLY do the things that make you HAPPY.  If you are not good at something and it does not make you happy, don’t do it.  Break your plan do to a day goal of just helping someone.  Care more about your customers than you do yourself.  I want you to do yourself a favor and get this book, so you will know how to get: ANYTHING YOU WANT.

What is waiting at your MOUNTAIN TOP???

Many times in life we wait to experience the good times in life later.  We are always waiting to get to the MOUNTAIN TOP.  If I could wish anything for you it would be to have some mountain top experiences now.  What is WAITING for you on the mountain top??  Are you experiencing a VALLEY right now??  Most times in our life we will find ourselves in a low period, a time that necessary does not cause us a lot of excitement, hope and encouragement.  I want you to know if you change your perspective you can change your experiences to have more mountain tops.  I want do to look at every valley as a breeding ground for learning and that valley will change your life.  If you go into the valley knowing that there is a LESSON here for me, let me find it.  You will have more and more mountain tops.  The mountain top represents a time when you are at your highest, a time when you are invincible, and this is a time that you will never forget. You must define what is a mountain top experience for you.  What is the best thing that could happen to you???  How will you feel when it happens??  Most people many only experience it once in their life.  But I am challenging you to experience mountain tops often.  So the question on the table is: WHAT IS WAITING AT YOUR MOUNTAIN TOP???

Do You Have a DREAM????

martin.luther.kingWhen I think about Dreaming, I immediately think of Martin Luther King and the contribution that he made to the world.  I know many of us have been guilty of giving up on our dreams because we think we might not be able to fulfill them.  When we look back in history at the struggles many people enduring trying to exercise their rights and live their dreams, we really should STOP complaining about the “little struggles” we endure.  Our struggles can’t compare to the previous problems.  If you allow something small stop you, I don’t believe that your dream is strong enough.  I want you to dig down deep and get dreams that EXCITE you.  What can you HAVE a DREAM about??  Do you feel the RAW Passion for a DREAM??  When I think of my dreams I know I can’t give up.  My question to you is: DO YOU HAVE A DREAM???

You Are Broke Because You Want To BE!!

Many people will read this title and immediately disengage with me.  I want you to take 5 minutes and listen to this point of view.  Larry Wignet is known as the Pitbull of Personal Development.  He has really unique views on life and most people think he is too CRUEL.  I however think that he is DEAD ON in terms of his philosophy.  I agree that many times we play the victim and we don’t give everything needed to make some work in our lives.  We don’t have what we want and need because we don’t do the work needed to make it come true.  Larry main point it: Do what you said you would do, when you said you would do it and how you said you would do it.  Many times we use excuses to get us out of our commitments to whatever we have decided is not easy for us.  Many times are not easy in life but if we have determined that we want them, we must but in the work to obtain them.  If you have a burning desire, don’t let trouble, adversity or any obstacle stop you from obtaining that goal.  Your work ethic has to be so strong that NOTHING will not stop you from the goal.  Larry states that we are the cause of our lack of income and being broke is our fault because opportunity to earn money is everywhere. We can’t blame anyone for our lack of ACTION.  People that are in PRODUCTIVE action are not BROKE.  It is our fault that we are BROKE–once you take responsibility for that you can begin to go forward and get to work to change your situation.  I know it is a hard pill to swallow but: YOU ARE BROKE BECAUSE YOU WANT TO BE!!

Changing Lanes

When we think about changing lanes, we envision a car going to the next lane.  I want you to a moment today and think about how you can change lane, I want you to think about changing lanes in your relationship, in your health, in your finances and in your social life.  What if you decided that I am going to UPLEVEL everything in my life.  I am going to give myself the gift of commitment.  I will continue to work on getting better in every area of my life.  I will not allow another day pass without me giving 100%.   Change lanes-get out of the SLOW Lane–it’s TIME to Go the SPEED LIMIT or FASTER.  Pick a better lane for yourself.  I am so challenged by everyone speaking about what they don’t have–guess what???  Go out and get it!!!  I know if you say: As of FEBRUARY 2, 2016 I am CHANGING LANES.  I will get into the FAST Lane–I will work harder than I have ever worked, I will love harder than I have ever loved, I will give more than I have ever given and I will accomplish more than I have ever accomplished.  The only way to do this y’all is to commit to CHANGING LANES.

This book was an AMAZING read.  The book is designed for you to read it 1 time a day and gain 30 valuable tips.  It was one of the books that I could not put down, so I finished it in one day.  Now I will go back and read 1 chapter per day like he designed it.  The information Coach Mark shares can definitely change you if you DESIRE change.  Most people hear and see GOOD information and do nothing about it.  In this book, Coach Mark gives you Action Steps to help you stay on course with the subject of that chapter.  I love the chapters and how he ties into a story to help you relate and change your life.  Let me give you this one peak into the book, I was blown away with the chapters because if you truly follow the steps outlined there is no way you can’t make a change in your life.  Coach Mark brilliantly separated his chapters into two categories: Thoughts & Actions.  Check out these chapters: Category 1-Thoughts-1.Confidence, 2. Every Experience is a Blessing or Lesson

When you think about your life and all the decisions that come your way, did you ever think that every experience you encounter can be a BLESSING or a LESSON?  Coach Mark Starr was a guest on my podcast yesterday and he SHOWED UP and SHOWED OUT.   Check out that episode here: http://tobtr.com/s/8260305.  Coach Mark offered his book as a free download and one of the first lessons that I saw was this statement: Every experience is a BLESSING or a LESSON.  WOW I had heard that before but honestly I have not been living that lately.  I realized that it is up to YOU & ME to live this mantra!  I say EVERY BLESSING is a LESSON to deepen that statement, because when you realize your life is a BLESSING–it goes without saying that a difficult time/decision comes with gained knowledge that is PRICELESS.  So when you encounter a yes or a no just remember: EVERY EXPERIENCE IS A BLESSING OR A LESSON!

Want More Money?? Add More Value!!!

Stack Of Cash

 

How much Money you have is a direct correlation to the amount of value you provide!!  I know that might have you a little upset but it is TRUTH.  You might be saying-I don’t determine how much my boss pays me–your right, however your boss has placed a value on the service that you provide. It is your choice to work there and accept your budgeted amount of value.  You see in LIFE we have a choice.  You can choose to VALUE your gifts and talents or you can ACCEPT that you are only going to get X number of dollars per year.  Let me be the first to say, please don’t QUIT YOUR JOB, however work on your SKILLS to add more value in 3 ways—to the company, to a new company or your own business.  The SKY is the limit when you realize that VALUE is what is being paid for.  When you complete a project, satisfy a customer or develop a new plan of action, the company you represent gets paid.  How much value do they place on your work??  How much value do you place on your work??  It amazes me how many people complain about money but don’t work on their skills.  It time y’all if you: WANT MORE MONEY-ADD MORE VALUE!
