Redefine your RESOLUTIONS
As I think about the last 8 days for 2015, I decided NO MORE regular NEW YEAR’S resolutions. It’s time to change the way we think about RESOLUTIONS. I made a GREAT definition that I wanted to share with you. R is for RESULTS–I want you to decide RIGHT NOW what you want to manifest for 2016. My results are all pre-determined in a walking vision board that I will look at 3 times per day. E is for ENERGY–You must have some energy to get the work done to complete your goals. S is for SPEAK IT-You must get use to speaking your goals and desires in life. Sometimes you might think that you sound crazy but this is exactly one of the steps that create millionaires. They tell themselves and others about their dreams and desires. O is for OWN IT–You must be responsible for your own goals and dreams. No one can work your dreams for you. L is for LOVE IT–I want you to fall in LOVE with what you are doing in your life. U is for UNDERSTAND IT–You must Understand every step that is required to win the goal. T is for TEACH IT–What you hope to have in your life should be an area you can teach to others. I is for INTENTION–It must be your Intention to win at your dreams and goals. O is for OPPORTUNITY–you have a opportunity to live the life you desire if you take action NOW. N is for NEVER GIVE UP–success is right around the corner from you, just NEVER GIVE UP. S is for SUCCESS–Be willing to look at success and determine what it looks like for you. I want you to REDEFINE YOUR RESOLUTIONS!!!

Are you ready to celebrate?? Some of you know that I celebrated my 50th birthday on November 14, 2015. I had an AMAZING party and this cake was designed by my friend Alonzo with Honey’s Boy Desserts–www.facebook.com/HoneysBoyDessert. I just told him I am known as the Queen of Hearts and this cake was a representation of just that! Are you at a place in your life that you can celebrate 2015?? If you are not there, it’s okay. You have 9 days to make a change that can be pivotal in your life. Decide today that you will celebrate 2015–the good, the bad and the ugly. When we face our past and learn from it we experience huge growth. the more you try the more you learn. I have tried so many things in business the last 10 years, but 1 thing is for certain. I am so excited to celebrate every day, because I know nothing happens by chance. So I want to know ARE YOU READY to CELEBRATE???

Monday Book Review-A Taste of Chicken Soup for the Sou;
Just like all of the Chicken Soup for the Soul book series, this small book was filled with some powerful stories. I connected immediately with the tittle because I seek motivational messages everyday of my life. This book was not a disappointment, it has stories to challenge you. It challenges you to think positive. It helps you to think of your current situation in another way to ensure that your thoughts become things. It when you change your thoughts that you change your life. If you want a small dose of motivation get this book: A Taste of Chicken Soup for the Soul-Think Positive.

Are Your Dreams DEAD???
When we march into the last 14 days of 2015, I want you to be honest with yourself are your dreams dead?? Do you find that what you set out to do for 2015 has not come to pass?? I want you to be totally honest, did you do your BEST?? Did you give it your all?? When we wake up and realize that we did not do what we needed to do, we don’t have the right to be mad at anyone. I want you to know DECIDE to start right now. 2015 is not over you can make a difference in 14 days. Do your best to change your situation. Be an action taker. Don’t allow anything to distract you from your goal. Look in the mirror and ask yourself: ARE MY DREAMS DEAD???

Clarity
While listening to Success Magazine’s CD of the month, Marie Forleo said this STUNNING statement. Clarity come from engagement not thought-WOW!!!! Many times we think if we just keep on thinking about this or that we will get more clear. Getting clear requires you to get into action, you will never know what you do or do not like or want to engage in until you try it. I want you to be clear about every area of your life. Now is the time to try new work activities, try new foods, try new clothes, try new friends, try a new exercise or how about trying a new attitude. The reality is CLARITY COMES FROM ENGAGEMENT AND NOT THOUGHT.

Clean UP!
As you prepare for 2016, it’s time to clean up. I hope you see everything that needs to be eliminated in your life. When I looked around I had a number of things in my life that needed to be deleted. I am determined to make sure that I clean up my mind, my environment, my connections, my bills and my attitude. You see when you take responsibility for cleaning up some things we begin to grow. I want to seek direction from God for what is next. Recognize that some things in your life are dirty and they really do not serve you and add to your quality of life. If you want BETTER, MORE and to IMPACT OTHERS you must know: You can only GO UP until you CLEAN UP!

Do You Have BALANCE??
One of the best gifts that I can give to you for the holiday season is information on BALANCE. I believe that BALANCE needs to be defined by you. Many times you might not be in balance as defined by others. Currently I am working on 3 MAJOR projects and my life is not in balance by the definition by many. I redefined BALANCE for my benefit. I had to dive into the word and see what spoke to me. I encourage you to do the same, find your BALANCE!!!

Monday Book Review-The Ultimate Sales Letter
This book is an MUST HAVE in today’s business. If you want to build a sustainable business, you must know how to write. When you can write a letter that will allow you to identify the needs of your future customers. Here is what I know about business, most people don’t know what they need until you identify it. When it is defined it is easy to see what is lacking in your life. I encourage everyone that you have the ability to do great things because according to Marie Forleo “Everything is Figure-out-able”. So initially this book was intimidating for me until I decided that I would live by Marie’s theory and dive in. This book is so easy to understand and I see why Dan Kennedy is a leader in the direct mail space. He is brilliant with words and creating a desire. If you want to grow your business go get THE ULTIMATE SALES LETTER!

What’s Next?
Many times in life you might encounter unexpected downfalls. Things can happen that are out of your control. During these times, you must remember that everything that happens to you is some form of lesson for you. It might feel like it at the time, but within time you will see how the situation will be a lesson for you. It’s during these times in my personal life that I grow and find another side to Sheryl. A side that is determined to make things work. I side that is determined to never quit. Although you might now know what’s next be willing to accept that a lesson is coming for you. I want you to embrace: What’s NEXT?
