About Queen of Hearts

Sheryl Jones affectionally known as The Queen of Hearts, is a social worker turned International Motivator. Sheryl is on a MISSION to provide LOVE of HEART services to everyone she meets. Sheryl began the LOVE OF HEART MOVEMENT Radio Show to help identify entrepreneurs, service providers and community volunteers who ALWAYS serves from the Love of their Heart when dealing with others. She truly believes what the World needs NOW is LOVE!!! In addition to serving the community, Sheryl owns Rodcor Services LLC, a social services company in Dallas that provides services to individuals with disabilities. Sheryl has written two books and she is currently speaking at various events and provides workshops/coaching for future business owners. Sheryl’s primary focus is on teaching STRESSED OUT women who can't figure out how to earn money doing what they LOVE, formulate a plan to spotlight their genius. When you look in the mirror what do you see??  As I am looking at 27 days into the new year and I am looking at a person who has not met her January goals.  When I ask myself why didn’t I meet them, I realized that the person that I need to become must be a on-task everyday–no exceptions.  I have allowed so much to get me out of the ZONE for January.  OKAY I am done with that!!  I am ready NOW to kick butt and take names.  We don’t know what we look like to others, therefore we don’t realize the power that we have already inside of us.  I am super happy as I look in the mirror today I see:

I AM:

-LOVING  -EXCITED  -OPTIMISTIC  -ENERGETIC  -GIVING  -HAPPY  -FANTASTIC -FOCUSED  -UNSTOPPABLE  -LEADING   -SHARING   -COACHING   -MENTORING

Dr. Michael Beckwith is the visionary leader of the AGAPE Center in California.  This statement he made gave me the realization of truth in my own life.  If you are currently or have experienced PAIN in the past-did it help you??  I know I have had some PAIN that has caused me to change how I show up in the world.  The PAIN I experienced made me do some things differently.  I truly believe that PAIN can be a great motivator, however it can also be a PARALYZER.  It can STOP you dead in your tracks.  I’m sure that you can remember a time when you were in so much PAIN that you could not think straight.  If I could give everyone I meet a gift-it would be to learn the lessons from your pain, your setback, your disappointments and your failures.  If you truly learn the lessons from your misfortunes you can change your life.  When you know that you are living from your vision-you have arrived.  I want to wait up everyday and realize that I am moving from my VISION.  To sum it up please know: PAIN PUSHES YOU UNTIL THE VISION PULLS YOU!

black.connectionsThis book is critical if you TRULY want to CONNECT with people in 2016.  I tell everyone I have done some AMAZING things in my life, but the thing I am most proud of is my library.  I own hundreds of books that I have completed.  Completion is the key thing to success.  In this book Jeffery encourages us to get deep with people and become an asset to others.  Live a life that makes an IMPACT and Jeffery explains that you will become a person that everyone wants to know.  The key in life is finding those RICH relationships, you might not ever get any money from that person or a job or anything that translates into a financial benefit.  When you become a connector that is responsible for introducing people to various people you are growing in a way that will change your life forever.  Go out and pick up: LITTLE BLACK BOOK OF CONNECTIONS!

One of the biggest lessons I can teach you is to make a DECISION.  When you spend so much time trying to decide it take away from you ability to be at peace.  The best thing you can do is move forward in some direction. I am not saying that every decision will be the RIGHT one but I am saying some decision is better than no decision.  I am very challenged with so many people having to take so much time to decide something.  Science shows us that we must make about 3,000 decisions everyday of our lives.  The quicker you can make them the better.  It’s just like a flowing river, if you spend too much time deciding you are blocking the flow of the river.  I want you to decide today to GET OFF THE FENCE.

Transform or Transmute??

I learned from Daniel Gutierrez that there is a difference in transform and transmute.  Transform makes a change that you can go back to.  My example is a transformation toy, this toy can turn into 2 different toys.  You can turn the toy back to the state it was before you transformed it.  Many times in life we speak about making a transformation.  I want you to STOP TRANSFORMING and start TRANSMUTING.  Transmute means to change completely, no going back to the original state.  A butterfly can not go back to being a caterpillar.  If you truly transmute your life you will not go back to your old habits.  I am in the process of changing everything that is not serving me at this time in my life.  I am make a commitment to myself to transmute my life.  It is time to step into the role that you were ordained to dominate.  I want to know will you: TRANSFORM OR TRANSMUTE?

2016-A Year of MIRACLES

When the clock alarmed 2016 at midnight,  I was a changed woman.  I decided in December 2015 that 2016 will be my year of MIRACLES.  Let me define what MIRACLES means to me:

M-Mentor–find physical and virtual mentors to help you on your journey.

I-Insight–get insight on the direction you are going.

R-Results–get focused on the results you desire.

A-Action–get into action to make your dreams a reality.

C-Courage–find the courage to GO FOR IT!!!

L-Love–fall in LOVE with your life and who comes in your life.

E-Excitement–Get excited about what you have going on right NOW.

S-Success–If you truly want SUCCESS-concentrate and follow the steps listed above.

When I look in the mirror.

When I look in the mirror, I see a woman who has endured so much.  I see a woman who loves so hard, a woman who wants more for herself and others.  I see a woman who has intentionally changed her life.  This woman learned how to make lemonade out of her lemons.  In 2015 this woman learned to share her story with the world.  Although I had alot of pain in the past, now I can see how that pain has changed my life.  Now when I look inthe mirror I like what I see.  Now I want to know: WHAT DO YOU SEE WHEN YOU LOOK IN THE MIRROR?

Monday Book Review-School of Greatness

This book is PHENOMINAL, Lewis Howes has a personal story of how he changed his life, but he did not stop there, he shared so much wisdom that he gained from interviewing powerful people.  If you want to know how to bounce back or start something from nothing, this book will give you the encouragement you need.  Many times when we suffer from defeat, we go home and cry.  That is not a bad thing, but guess what you can’t cry forever.  It’s the person that accepts the set back as a set up for a comeback that wins!!  If you have found yourself in a place of despair, read this book.  If you have found yourself unmotivated, read this book.  If you a great hope for the future, read this book.  I want to get and read: THE SCHOOL OF GREATNESS!!!

Keep Moving Even When You’re TIRED!

Have you ever been so tired that you did not want to keep going??  I have experienced this state too many times, but what I want to encourage you to do is to KEEP MOVING.  I hope you hear my heart on this subject, I’m not telling you to keep running because physically you might need to slow it down.  I want you to know that you MUST keep moving because standing still is not an option for you. You are a person with a mission.  People that are READERS or LEADERS.  I know  you would not be reading this blog if you did not find information very important to your life.  I want you to know that some movement is better than no movement.  Some days just work 10-20 minutes on your goal.  If you practice working 6 days a week on things that will take you closer to your goal, you will be AMAZED!!  I want you to: KEEP MOVING EVEN WHEN YOU’RE TIRED!!

Keep IT in the FAMILY

Today my post is about 12 hours later than normal due to a family situation.  I wanted to post because I am committed to writing every day Monday-Friday.   My situation made me recall some situations that Ms. Robbie with Sweetie Pie’s always say: KEEP IT in the FAMILY.  I wanted to share that message because when you have a business, it should be your goal to create something that you and your family can benefit from.  If you have a family member you can groom to work with you, it is critical that you do that.  It helps you build a legacy, when you look at the SWEETIE PIE’S EMPIRE, it is full of Ms. Robbie’s Family.  I take pride in knowing that I am building something that I can do just like Ms. Robbie suggests: KEEP IT in the FAMILY!
