A recent study shows that entrepreneurship is at a all time low.  The rate at which businesses are being created is the lowest it has been since the 1970’s.  Why do you think that is so??  I believe just like my virtual mentor-Grant Cardone believes “People lack COURAGE”.  You see if you want to be SUCCESSFUL in Business–YOU MUST HAVE COURAGE!!!! 

Since there is a decline in business owners, just what????  The competition has decreased.  That really excites me because this is what I KNOW–people will always want and need various things.  If you provide some of the things that they want and need, you can be successful.  But–WILL YOU????

You see it takes courage and most importantly MASSIVE ACTION to CRUSH IT.  I want you to be a forever learner.  You must know and understand the rules the game you are playing.  Once you know the rules, the sky is the limit.  You can learn the skills to go straight to the TOP!!!!

When you think about your goals and what you want to accomplish, it is critical that you see it happening in your mind first.  You see there is scientific research proving that visualization works to help you achieve your goal. If you don’t see it, I will say that you really don’t believe it.  I have shared before that I have experienced this in my own life.  In 2006 everything on my vision board came true for me.  I recently decided that I have not been using my vision boards effectively over the past few years and I recommitted to use them daily.

When you win in your head, your subconscious mind can’t determine what is real or fake, so if you give your mind a message it will go to work to make it come true.   This sounds so simple but what I have realized is sometimes this can be very difficult if you don’t see any physical evidence on your path to the goal.  It’s during these times of unbelief that you must employ tremendous will power to stay on course and think about how you will win.

Do you find yourself happy when others are recognized or succeed at something??  This group, Femmes International has been the MOST supportive group of women I have ever met.  We have a genuine LOVE & RESPECT for each other and we want SUCCESS for everyone. In this group everyone is celebrated and given the opportunity to SHINE!!!  I was invited to this group by Melinda Cooper in March 2015, exactly 1 year ago this month.  Melinda and I had met at a networking event about 6 months prior to that date.  You never know how someone will come into your life and introduce you to something that can change your life.  I am internally grateful for Melinda for this introduction.  I have learned that many times we just need a place to go and just ENJOY ourselves.  I have not had a business transaction with anyone in the group, YET. (Smile) Guess what, if I never do any business with any of the ladies, it is okay because the relationships are worth GOLD!!!  This group’s month event is on my calendar for the entire year, I would not miss it.  I have began business travel for 2016 and I plan my trips around these monthly meetings.  What they give to me is true FUN and the ability to meet others that might not have crossed my path. When we give others honor we in turn receive honor.  It is easy to stay in your own space and never venture out to learn about other people.  Many times we wonder why should I go to this event or that event? If you take a chance and open your mind to new groups and possibilities.  My number 1 tip to you is find YOUR HAPPY SPOT-I sure have-FEMMES INTERNATIONAL-DALLAS. In conclusion my question to you is: DO YOU CELEBRATE OTHERS???

Most of you guys know that my ultimate goal is to become an INTERNATIONAL MOTIVATOR.  I spend a lot of time learning about motivation, investing in personal development courses, books and videos/audios.  What I have learned is outside motivation can ONLY WORK if you have internal motivation. 

Today is the first day of March and it is time to forget what happened last year and the first 2 months of 2016 and get on track for what you desire for your life for 2016.  It’s time to DECIDE that I will work on ______________ for 31 days.  During the last 29 days, I participated in a church fast and I decided that I would give up BEEF.  Wow I had no ideal how much beef was in most of my meals.  I discovered that I love a great hamburger, so with today being March 1st I will get that hamburger that I have been wanting for 29 days.  However I did realize that I don’t need as much beef as I thought.  I will commit to no more 4 meals out of 21 will be with beef.  If you decided that you will follow the 80/20 rule you can accomplish all of your dreams.  So what is the area that you will work on for March 2016?? 

So I challenge you to have a HAPPY MOTIVATING MARCH.
