This movie was a treat today.  I was a little unsure if the movie would be interesting to me but boy was I wrong.  It was so exciting.  I found that it had multiple levels of information for our learning.  Here are my top 6 lessons learned from the movie today:

1. Sometimes you need backup.  Stay open to receiving help from others. You can’t do everything yourself.  Many times we think we don’t need anyone and that is just not the case.  Ask for help when you need it and people will show up for you.
2. A challenge might cause a conflict.  Many times we spend a lot of time trying to figure something that we might need to leave alone.  Don’t challenge everything you find out about.  Allow the universe to give you gifts and opportunities without a rhyme or reason.
3. Compromise where you can and where you can’t don’t.  Don’t apologize for your choices, if you make authentic choices from your heart.  Don’t second guess your mind and the development and growth that you have on a specific subject.
4. Consider all your options.   When considering a decision, look at the information objectively.  Be aware of the all of the information presented to you.  Sometimes we overlook a perfectly good option.
5. Keep fighting and you will win. Many times in life we give up right before the MAGIC happens.  It is critical that you keep fighting for what you know you want to achieve. 
6. Sometime you will have a war between friends. I have experienced a person I thought was a friend speaking badly about but I realized that gave that person the title of friend too soon.  Be careful that you take care of your feelings.  Everyone in your life is there for a REASON, SEASON or ETERNITY.

This book is a wonderful example of how to see results of your plan.  Most of the companies that Jim Collins featured did not have a plan of becoming great.  These companies just wanted to be better.  You see when you want to be better, you will be GREAT!

If you are struggling with something, study it.  Decide you will learn everything about the area you desire to be better in.  These companies profiled knew that they could up level their products or services.  When you have a company that has staff that has bought into the company vision it makes for a wonderful team to get things done.

If you find yourself, not in a company and just want to work on yourself.  This is what Jim Collins says about this: The basic message is this: Build your own flywheel. You can do it. You can start to build momentum in something for which you’ve got responsibility. You can build a great department. You can build a great church community. You can take every one of these ideas and apply them to your own work or your own life.

Let me be the first to say that I am a MICRO Content Queen.  Honestly if a post, article or a book is too wordy, I will not complete it.  It is so important that you think about the mind of your reader.

In today’s world, we are extremely busy and if your post does not have a picture that catches my eye and too much content, I’m moving on.  I am currently learning the same is true with video content, the studies are showing that quick videos under 2 minutes are getting the more watched than any other videos.

I just wanted you to know before you have you spend so much time writing a long post, most people will not read it because: MICRO CONTENT IS QUEEN!

This book right here, is the REAL DEAL.  If you are in doubt, pick up this book; if you think God has left you-pick up this book; and if you want to REGAIN your HOPE-pick up this book.

I read this book at a time that everything was going RIGHT in my life and I gained some much value.  BUT oh my goodness, when I picked up this book when things were not as rosy, it was LIFE-Changing.  You see it’s during these times that you need a WORD.  I desperately needed confirmation that I would be okay and things will work out.  Guess what things can get so bad at times that you can’t see the brighter days.  This book will give you comfort and hope.

If I could have anything in life the number 1 thing that I would desire is HOPE.  When you have hope, you can do anything. When you have hope, you start to believe that you CAN. The scientists have said when you think you can-you can but if you think you can’t-your right.

My wish for you is to change your mindset and think: WHAT IF IT ALL GOES RIGHT??

This movie was OUTSTANDING!!!  I wanted to give you my movie review because I am starting to realize that you don’t need another traditional movie review, you need a life lesson application review of the movie.  This will be my NEW format for my movie reviews.

Life Lesson # 1 Mother’s deserve praise

Where you have given birth or decided to be a mother by choice.  The role of motherhood is a unique and special position in life. Each woman agreeing to stand in this role deserves the praise.

Life Lesson # 2 Things might not always work in our favor

In the movie some challenging were presented that showcased the real day to day issues of life in general. The mother’s were all able to figure out how to solve the problem.  Some of them learned to just accept what is and work with it.

Life Lesson # 3 Love rules and covers everything

Love is the biggest motivator in our lives. When you lead with Love everything else works out, that is in relationships, business and life in general.
