tonia.merobin.meI wonder if you intentionally decide how you will treat people??  Or do you just wake up and put no effort in what you do everyday.  I spend my days thinking how I can make someone else’s life become better.  I truly believe the world would be a better place if we would all love more.  When we treat others good, you would be surprised the number of opportunities and gifts that come your way.  I can tell you countless stories where I am always the person to win or be chosen for something great.  Even when you feel like the other person might not appreciate your love–ALWAYS show LOVE. Monday Book Review-God Always Has a Plan B

This book is a Powerful short read.  I picked this book up to really understand what happens when the dream you thought would happen is not developing.  I learned that eventhough we think we know it all, God sees our full picture, he might be taking you thru something to build your courage, to increase your faith, or give you more staying power.  I have learned that God does have a Plan B it might not be the plan that I thought of for my life but most of the time it turns out so much better than I can imagine.  I encourage you to release your plan and let God give you his Plan because GOD ALWAYS HAS A PLAN B.

Surround Yourself With GREAT Friends.  This statement is so powerful for your personal and professional development.  One of the great things that can happen when you are open to friendship is you can GROW faster than you ever imagined.  I have been blessed to meet so many people and develop great friendships that have helped me become a better person.  I know it might be a little scary to open yourself up but it is well worth it.  The lady in the picture with me-Mary has become a great friend because I had the courage to go up to her at a conference almost 8 years ago and speak with her.  She has given me advice and valuable contact. So I encourage you this weekend to SURROUND YOURSELF WITH GREAT FRIENDS!!!

Keep Moving Forward

Go-forward

Keep moving forward at all times, all steps even small ones add up.  When you stop from the goal and rest and re-evaluate, that causes you to bring thing to a complete HALT. Even when you don’t see any change, keep going.  I am reminded that the bamboo tree is a very good example for us to learn from, you see it looks like nothing happens with the tree for 5 years but within a 6 week period the tree grows every tall.  Do you think the tree grew in the 6 weeks, NO.  The tree was growing and gaining the nutrients and everything it need to BUST onto the scene.  I believe our life is the same way many times people say she was an overnight success but who you don’t know if the back story of where we worked and worked to make her dreams happen.  I ask you today DECIDE to KEEP MOVING FORWARD.

When you BELIEVE that all things are possible, your world changes.  I have been faced with so many turns, disappointments and setbacks in my life.  The average person would have given up by now, but I KNOW without a shadow of a doubt that Impossible means I’m Possible.  It might not happen for anyone else, but I BELIEVE that I’m Possible.  I know I am the person that a no really means a YES.  I am that person that continues to try even when I don’t see a result, then something SNAPS and the goal that I had been diligently seeking happens.  Just always see IMPOSSIBLE as I’m Possible!!!

Guess What??  I look the same at any time in my life.  You guys one of the best things you can do for you is NOT SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF–Everything is Small Stuff!!!  I have figured out that if I WAKE UP I have another day to get things right in my life.  I have determined that I am going to live a life of ABUNDANCE-even when my wallet is not abundant.  It’s about mindset, in my mind I am a MULTI-MILLIONAIRE, I am just running to my goal to get there.  I make sure I never look like any problems, stresses or concerns that I might be experiencing.  I encourage you to GET Up and Dress like your Future, Smile like you Live in your future because I LOOK the SAME=DO You??

This book is a powerful action guide to understand and present your LinkedIn page.  The book gives you great tips of what LinkedIn is important, why you should be on LinkedIn, and the authors go into great depth of how LinkedIn should be used as a business strategy. This is a wonderful resource and it should stay close by you as work on your weekly marketing plan.  One of the think that I want you to know, if you truly use these 48+ Tips given in this bite-sized book you will see a great change in your visibility.  After learning this information from Debbie Saviano, my LinkedIn connections tripled within 30 days.   I recommend you get this book and apply the tips today!!!

I love this photo, not only is the guy jumping with both feet off the ground, but look at his face.  Is it an accident that he is looking up??  I don’t think so, because in order to really jump, you have to believe that there is something better that is above you.  I call it God, you might call it the universe, but this is what I KNOW.  It can not be defeated, it can’t be ignored. I believe that when you JUMP without know what will happen you create a fantastic opportunity to gain!!  Gain courage, gain self-esteem, gain knowledge and most of all gain belief!!!  Take this time to JUST JUMP!!!!!

stormI bet you are wondering what does this mean???  Yes I want you to create a STORM!!!  Come out of nowhere to your audience, be like that BEST NEW Person/Personality that has been ever seen.  I know many times if you are a business owner it is so easy to remain the same day after day.  I challenge you to get up and create a storm.  Make some noise do some action because one of the best people that has ever hit the market.  If you are not a business owner, change how people see you.  If you are know as a complainer, change it.  If you borrow money all the time, stop create a financial storm in your life.  Where ever you see things lacking, change them for your better so that you can CREATE A STORM.

Clear Vision=Clear Results

My new mantra in life is Clear Vision = Clear Results.  When you have a clear vision, it allows you the opportunity to get good results.  When you lack vision you will not achieve your goals.  If you really want success, you must know the steps needed to complete.  When you have a detailed plan you can win the race, without that plan it hard to meet your goals. Example of a specific goal, I will add 5 new clients by August 31, 2015.  When you break your goals down what you want and then you can have a detailed plan of action.  If you want something, know that it is available to you when you have CLEAR VISION you get CLEAR RESULTS.
