WOW what a Godly divine meeting we had.  I went to a conference and I picked her breakout session.  I always sit on the front row and it was like we were friends already, she was so warm and nice.  Dr. Stacie drew me in with possible message of overcoming anything with God’s help.  This was exactly what I needed at this time in my life, my mom had just passed away and I had not really dealt with the grief that I would experiencing, I just know I was stuck!  Dr. Stacie pulled me out of my grieve and helped me realize that I needed to get moving to honor my mom.  Oh My Goodness, it suddenly was not about missing her, it was about representing the goodness of my mom.  Dr. Stacie changed my life to GET UP when you FALL Down.  If you want to connect with a POWERHOUSE to help you get moving and keep moving Dr. Stacie is the person.  Contact her at http://staciencgrant.com/

Today I honor my current coach and the coach I have been with the longest-Kimberly Pitts.  I truly understand what real mentoring is about now.  Kim’s approach to her mastermind is totally inclusive.  I mean she really wants to know if you are ok, because she truly understands that you MUST deal with the whole person in order for things to move ahead and change.  What I have learned most is to be myself and be okay with whatever that is, don’t try to do what others are doing because it will not work for you. This book by Shawn Snyder is one of the best marketing books I have read..  This book answers some of your questions about various marketing ideals that are popular in today’s scene and the it give ideals that you might not have hear of before now.  Shawn does a great job of explaining the how and why your should try a marketing ideal.  In the midst of today’s busy marketplace, it is so good to have a go to book to help you start and maintain your marketing plan.  If you think you do not need a marketing plan you are mistaken.  You can’t maintain a business without consistent marketing. I encourage all entrepreneurs to add this book to your collection and implement the tips & tricks to help you skyrocket your marketing.

I don’t know if you have noticed but most people are running around so stressed and not feeling their best.  I want to encourage you to take time and listen to your body.  It is time for self-care!!  Take this example and increase the size so that you can read every suggestion and find some to follow on a daily basis.  I have learned that if you want to be better, work for it and don’t make excuses.  It’s time for SELF-CARE!!!  Have a wonderful weekend!!!

I wish you a Thankful Thursday.  I wish that when you wake up you are thankful regardless what day it is.  One of the major blessings in my life is my attitude toward everything that I go thru.  It does not matter if it is good news or bad news, I thank God for allowing me to be alive and experience the situation.  Because you know what I have found???  No person gets stronger without going thru some challenges.  Many times, you have an immediate lesson from the challenge and sometimes you have a delayed lesson, but rest assured you will be taught something.  So I encourage you to start today: Have a Thankful Thursday!!!

Monday Book Review-God Always Has a Plan B

This book is a Powerful short read.  I picked this book up to really understand what happens when the dream you thought would happen is not developing.  I learned that eventhough we think we know it all, God sees our full picture, he might be taking you thru something to build your courage, to increase your faith, or give you more staying power.  I have learned that God does have a Plan B it might not be the plan that I thought of for my life but most of the time it turns out so much better than I can imagine.  I encourage you to release your plan and let God give you his Plan because GOD ALWAYS HAS A PLAN B.
