Sheryl Jones affectionally known as The Queen of Hearts, is a social worker turned International Motivator. Sheryl is on a MISSION to provide LOVE of HEART services to everyone she meets. Sheryl began the LOVE OF HEART MOVEMENT Radio Show to help identify entrepreneurs, service providers and community volunteers who ALWAYS serves from the Love of their Heart when dealing with others. She truly believes what the World needs NOW is LOVE!!! In addition to serving the community, Sheryl owns Rodcor Services LLC, a social services company in Dallas that provides services to individuals with disabilities. Sheryl has written two books and she is currently speaking at various events and provides workshops/coaching for future business owners. Sheryl’s primary focus is on teaching STRESSED OUT women who can't figure out how to earn money doing what they LOVE, formulate a plan to spotlight their genius. Power Cycle-Believe It-See It

Believeit.seeitIf you could wave a magic wand and change anything in your life, I wish you would follow the POWER CYCLE automatically.  Without a thought you could always believe in whatever you choose to accomplish before you see it.  When you but the belief into motion first, you will begin to see it quicker.  One of the best ways to activate this Power cycle is to get some vision boards and vision books made.  In my office I have 3 vision boards on my wall and 1 vision board by my computer.  In addition I made a 38 page vision book that I carry around with me.  In 2006, I had vision boards and a vision book and everything that I desired came true.  I am ready to follow this plan for 2016.  Please decide to follow the POWER CYCLE-BELIEVE IT-SEE IT!!!

I have learned so much from Miss Robbie on the Sweetie Pie’s show on the OWN Network.  One of the best statements she has ever made has been “If It Don’t Make MONEY, It Don’t Make Sense”. The first time I heard it I was a little taken back because I wanted to defend all of the things that I do in the name of business.  I quickly realized that being busy is not making money. As I look at 2015, all the good the bad and the mistakes that I have made.  I want to ensure 2016 will be much better, I had to go back to Miss Robbie and her true statement.  We can get involved in so many groups, purchase so much stuff that we never make a dollar in our business.  I want you to filter every dollar before you spend it.  Please know: IF IT DON’T MAKE MONEY, IT DON’T MAKE SENSE!

Wisdom.wedgiesWhat an AWESOME book.  I had the great pleasure of reading this book on yesterday.  It was a wonderful small book of POWERFUL information about life.  DeDe Murcer Moffett takes time to really allow the audience to learn about her recovery from alcoholism and how many low points in her life gave her positive tips to change her life.  Many of the words of wisdom deal with acceptance and moving forward after you accept things in your life.  One of the best lessons that will change my life is: Feel your way into a decision before you think your way out of an opportunity.  I have made a major decision in my life in the last 2 weeks that might not be a good financial move, however I know without a shadow of a doubt at it is the best decision for me.  I want you to pick up this book and make some DECSIONS today.  WISDOM WEDGIES & LIFE’S LITTLE ZINGERS is a book to help you SNAP OUT OF IT!!!

Redefine your RESOLUTIONS

As I think about the last 8 days for 2015, I decided NO MORE regular NEW YEAR’S resolutions.  It’s time to change the way we think about RESOLUTIONS.  I made a GREAT definition that I wanted to share with you.  R is for RESULTS–I want you to decide RIGHT NOW what you want to manifest for 2016.  My results are all pre-determined in a walking vision board that I will look at 3 times per day. E is for ENERGY–You must have some energy to get the work done to complete your goals. S is for SPEAK IT-You must get use to speaking your goals and desires in life.  Sometimes you might think that you sound crazy but this is exactly one of the steps that create millionaires.  They tell themselves and others about their dreams and desires.  O is for OWN IT–You must be responsible for your own goals and dreams.   No one can work your dreams for you.  L is for LOVE IT–I want you to fall in LOVE with what you are doing in your life. U is for UNDERSTAND IT–You must Understand every step that is required to win the goal.  T is for TEACH IT–What you hope to have in your life should be an area you can teach to others.  I is for INTENTION–It must be your Intention to win at your dreams and goals.  O is for OPPORTUNITY–you have a opportunity to live the life you desire if you take action NOW. N is for NEVER GIVE UP–success is right around the corner from you, just NEVER GIVE UP.  S is for SUCCESS–Be willing to look at success and determine what it looks like for you.   I want you to REDEFINE YOUR RESOLUTIONS!!!

Are you ready to celebrate??  Some of you know that I celebrated my 50th birthday on November 14, 2015.  I had an AMAZING party and this cake was designed by my friend Alonzo with Honey’s Boy Desserts–www.facebook.com/HoneysBoyDessert.  I just told him I am known as the Queen of Hearts and this cake was a representation of just that!  Are you at a place in your life that you can celebrate 2015??  If you are not there, it’s okay.  You have 9 days to make a change that can be pivotal in your life.  Decide today that you will celebrate 2015–the good, the bad and the ugly.  When we face our past and learn from it we experience huge growth. the more you try the more you learn. I have tried so many things in business the last 10 years, but 1 thing is for certain.  I am so excited to celebrate every day, because I know nothing happens by chance.   So I want to know ARE YOU READY to CELEBRATE???

Just like all of the Chicken Soup for the Soul book series, this small book was filled with some powerful stories.  I connected immediately with the tittle because I seek motivational messages everyday of my life. This book was not a disappointment, it has stories to challenge you.  It challenges you to think positive.  It helps you to think of your current situation in another way to ensure that your thoughts become things.  It when you change your thoughts that you change your life.   If you want a small dose of motivation get this book: A Taste of Chicken Soup for the Soul-Think Positive.

Are Your Dreams DEAD???

When we march into the last 14 days of 2015, I want you to be honest with yourself are your dreams dead??  Do you find that what you set out to do for 2015 has not come to pass??  I want you to be totally honest, did you do your BEST??  Did you give it your all??  When we wake up and realize that we did not do what we needed to do, we don’t have the right to be mad at anyone.  I want you to know DECIDE to start right now.  2015 is not over you can make a difference in 14 days.  Do your best to change your situation.  Be an action taker.  Don’t allow anything to distract you from your goal. Look in the mirror and ask yourself: ARE MY DREAMS DEAD???

While listening to Success Magazine’s CD of the month, Marie Forleo said this STUNNING statement.  Clarity come from engagement not thought-WOW!!!!  Many times we think if we just keep on thinking about  this or that we will get more clear.  Getting clear requires you to get into action, you will never know what you do or do not like or want to engage in until you try it.  I want you to be clear about every area of your life.  Now is the time to try new work activities, try new foods, try new clothes, try new friends, try a new exercise or how about trying a new attitude.  The reality is CLARITY COMES FROM ENGAGEMENT AND NOT THOUGHT.

Clean UP!

As you prepare for 2016, it’s time to clean up.  I hope you see everything that needs to be eliminated in your life.  When I looked around I had a number of things in my life that needed to be deleted.  I am determined to make sure that I clean up my mind,  my environment, my connections, my bills and my attitude.  You see when you take responsibility for cleaning up some things we begin to grow.  I want to seek direction from God for what is next. Recognize that some things in your life are dirty and they really do not serve you and add to your quality of life.  If you want BETTER, MORE and to IMPACT OTHERS you must know: You can only GO UP until you CLEAN UP!
