If you want to challenge your mind, ask yourself if you are PITIFUL or POWERFUL.  Honestly it is a CHOICE.  When you choose not to show up for your life in full force you are being PITIFUL.  You probably don’t intentionally decide to be pitiful.  It might be just a lack of acting on the things that you desire to change.

If you are making a choice to change you stance from pitiful to powerful, do it with force.  Make major changes in life.  You might decide to learn something new if so give yourself  a date.  I am learning to dance by December 2016.  I have made a commitment by going to a dance class every week and spending time watching dancing videos and practicing my steps at home.  That is a commitment to do something different to get the new goal.  I know people who have decided that they will be a vegetarian for life.  That takes incredible focus and determination to leave with no meal ever!!

If you choose to be POWERFUL, I applaud you and encourage you to be diligent about your life.  Your courage can assist you to be POWERFUL.  It does not require a lot to change your choice.  You will gain so much confidence and live your dreams when you are POWERFUL.
