I meet so many people that are stressed out now that it really bothers me.  I have resolved that everyday I will live like it is my last day on earth.  When you take that approach, we don’t waste time on the little things.  I recently lost one of the parents that I work with, although she had been sick I guess I was a little shocked that she died, she was really getting better.  It was such a revelation for me that life is not promised to anyone.  We never know when the end will happen, with that thought in mind why not live like everyday is your last.  Enjoy time with others, do the things you love and honor the people that need you.

Fuel the Fire

You guys, one of the best pieces of advice I could give you would be to FUEL the FIRE!!!  Never ever let the fire go out because when it does you get cold.  Something that you had blazing in the past can totally burn out if you don’t put fuel on the fire.  That is great advice for relationships, business ventures or health regimens.  Putting fuel on the fire, means take care of it, pay some attention to it and do something with it.  I have been in various peaks of my life and I realized what you think about you bring about.  So trust me, all is not dead.  Anything and rekindle a fire if you add the fuel.

Today I wanted to share with you a technique to change your life.  The secret to success is to BECOME the person that you dream of and desire to be.  If you decide you it become, you will read more books, you will drink more water, you will eat healthy foods, you will exercise more, you will learn whatever you need to learn to change your life. You see becoming involves action, it involves moving toward those things you keep talking about into the things that will actually come into existence for you.  I am a living example of becoming.  I can honestly say that because now I am taking the steps to become.  I want to encourage you today to make a conscious decision to BECOME.

PERFECTION doesn’t exist.  I wish someone would have shared this with me years ago.  I have spent so much time making sure that everything was perfect that I failed to launch several ideals in my head.  Understand this NOW Perfection DOESN’T exist!!!!  We can not wait to get everything together before we implement an ideal.  If you wait, you lose!!!!  Realize that if you want to have anything you must start now!!!!!  Remember PERFECTION doesn’t exist!!

As I continue to own and operate my company working with individuals with special needs, I have noticed that leadership is so crucial to the development of a good working team.  I have found that people don’t hear what you say, they see what you do.  When I find myself with a tough decision I question my response to how it will affect the people that follow me.  Many times we don’t realize that people are watching us to see how we will respond and react to various situations.  When we decide to have a heart of integrity and generally love the people we serve, we will rise up and watch our interactions and how our leadership skills are being utilized.  When we agree to lead people, let’s agree to Lead by EXAMPLE.

When I think about all of the goals that I want to achieve the word PERSEVERE comes to mind.  Because the things that I desire are not overnight success items.  I want to build a legacy, I want to provide genuine value to everyone I meet.  Me being a person that wants results quickly has served me well sometime and sometimes not so good.  On my journey of self employment, I see that it is extremely important to persevere.  I encourage you to keep going, even when the going gets tough and trust me it will get tough.  You will experience challenges and no see the clear path sometimes.  I want you to TRUST the process and PERSEVERE!!!!

POWER of YOUR Intention

There is POWER in INTENTION.  When you INTENT to do something it normally gets done. Your intention will have you act more than you thought you could.  If you set an intention, your life will change.  In the midst of everything that you will do THIS weekend SET AN INTENTION.  The POWER you will feel and have will be phenomenal.  It will really set you on FIRE.  When you are on FIRE, people will come to see you BURN. If you plan  to open a business, set the intention to write the plan, if you plan to write a book, set the intention to start writing today. If you plan to lose weight, figure out how that will happen for you.  I want you to realize the POWER OF YOUR INTENTION.
