This book was a gift to me for winning a challenge and BOY did I hit the JACKPOT!!!!  This compilation book of 14 POWERFUL authors is Phenomenal. The stories and tips for Cultivating Your IT Factor are interesting and the action items are very doable.  Every author left you with a plan of action to address the area that they wrote about.  The book allows you a chance access several areas in your life and make plans to really change anything in your life that will not encourage you to build your IT Factor.
