S-Seek- you must be looking for something.  Always seek for better things.

E-Energy-you must have energy to get ahead.

R-Restore-it’s time to restore what has been lost in your life.

V-Vitality-you must be active in your decision to succeed.

E-Everyday-Make it your choice to go for your goal everyday.
