I have been blessed with the wonderful discovery of Coach Michael Burt and his philosophy of Zebras and Cheetahs.  I have been so excited to learn this new concept of Look Different, Run Faster and Be Agile.  It took me for a loop at first but I realized this information is powerful and I needed to reevaluate how I provide business.  It is so important to Stand Out in the crowded marketplace.  I have the privilege of saying I truly think I am a Difference Maker in my field. One of the secrets to success is Confidence.  So many people second guess and doubt themselves.  Confidence is key to consistent attraction of the right people to your team, your business and your life.  No one wants to follow someone who is confused.  It starts with being prepared.  Once you study something and learn it.  Own it–have confidence that you know the material.  Reinforce the information often, so you can remain relevant.  Confidence can get you seen and heard.  Decide that you will do the necessary work to be confident in one area and then WALK IN IT!!!

Like many people, I suffer from trying to do everything Perfect.  I have always stated if I want things done right I do it MYSELF.   I wanted people to like me so bad, I really wanted so many friends in the past, I needed the approval of others to feel better about myself.   I found out that Perfection does not make your dreams come sooner.  Many times your dreams are stopped because You DON’T see you GOOD!!! 

You might spend so much time making things good for other people so they will like you, but in reality they might not notice the extras that you did for them.  This year, I made a decision that I am worth it.  I don’t worry about others anymore.  I had to fall in LOVE with Sheryl.  It feels so good to know you can live with out being perfect.  I will always do my best but no longer will I GIVE until it HURTS–because I am GOOD ENOUGH!!!

I challenge you today to KNOW that YOU are GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!
